The studio

The site is operated by Greg Lemon trading as Faux Flower Specialists, Brisbane, Queensland. Email: hello@fauxflowerspecialists.com. ABN available on request. We offer luxury faux wedding floral set hire across South East Queensland.

What this site is (and is not)

It is a brochure and enquiry path for fixed faux floral hire sets — our colour sets for venue styling. Booking starts with an enquiry; there is no deposit calculator on this site. It is not a live lookbook of past client weddings. Decorative botanical drawings are studio artwork, not photographs of events we have styled.

Quotes and prices

Set and tier prices are list prices in Australian dollars and include GST. Your written quote is the offer. Website copy can change; the quote you accept is the contract price unless both sides agree a variation.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form or scrape the site in a way that degrades hosting. We may refuse enquiries that are abusive or not related to floral set hire.

Intellectual property

Text, layout, SVG motifs and the Faux Flower Specialists name on this site belong to the studio. Do not copy the site as a template for another florist without permission. Mood boards we send you are for planning your wedding, not for resale.

Liability

Nothing on this site excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where we are allowed to limit liability for a failure to comply with a guarantee in relation to goods or services that are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, we limit it to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. Wedding floral hire is ordinarily for personal use, so the consumer guarantees apply in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
