The process
How it works
A short, honest path from first email to pack-down. You hire a fixed faux floral set — not a custom bouquet atelier — from our colour sets.
Complimentary call
Thirty minutes, no charge. Venue access, which collection and tier fit, delivery vs self-collection. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
Written quote
A quote in AUD, GST inclusive, for the fixed set and tier from our colour sets. No inventing packages on this page.
Confirm & deposit
Enquiry is how booking starts. Once you accept the quote, a 30% non-refundable deposit typically holds the date; the balance is due 14 days before the event.
Fixed set, ready to hire
These are fixed collection designs — not custom colour remakes or bespoke bouquets. Venue styling hire only.
Delivery or collect
Full-service delivery, setup and pack-down within Brisbane City Council, or self-collection from Acacia Ridge. Delivered orders have a $700 minimum. Care and return notes live on the hire page.
What you are hiring
You are hiring a fixed faux floral set for an agreed window around your wedding — pillars or arch, floor arrangements, hanging and table pieces. Venue styling / decoration hire only. We do not provide bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, buttonholes or corsages. Title stays with the fulfilling studio unless a purchase is agreed in writing.
What we need from you
A decision-maker on the call, venue contact details for bump-in, and which collection and tier you want. These are fixed designs — we do not recolour a set from scratch after you deposit.
